Todd has worked for a global investment bank, for several political candidates, and for local, regional, and international law firms as a litigator. Todd has an undergraduate business degree from Emory University and a law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice law in DC, NY, and NJ. Todd and his wife live on Long Island with their daughter.

Raymond Silverman is a partner in the national law firm Parker Waichman LLP, concentrating on mass tort cases.
